摘要(Abstract):

对比国内外花青素提取分离的方法,对各种方法的优缺点进行了分析,对花青素的抗氧化性能进行探讨,并对花青素的研究予以展望。
This article lists the ways of the extraction and isolation of anthocyanidins both at home and abroad,compares and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.On the basis of analyzing the antioxidant of anthocyanidins,the paper sums up the current studies and further directions.
