摘要(Abstract):

主要阐述牡蛎提取物的抗癌、防老化等功能以及贝类多肽的生理活性 ,并介绍贝类保健饮料和功能性调味品的研制概况
The functions of resisting cancer and preventing decrepitude of oyster extraction and physiological activities of polypeptides originated from shellfish are presented. The development of healthful drinks and functional seasoning made from shellfish is also introduced.
